The embassy district means the streets are well-maintained, and you’ll find decent parking options nearby, which anyone who’s driven in Central African capitals will appreciate.

The lobby feels contemporary without being cold, if that makes sense — they’ve managed to blend modern amenities with touches that actually reflect the local environment. My room was spacious enough to spread out properly, with air conditioning that works (trust me, you’ll care about this) and windows that frame either the gardens or the city depending on which side you’re on. The bathrooms are properly sized, which honestly surprised me given how many places skimp on this.

Dining and Amenities

The hotel restaurant serves a mix of international and Congolese dishes — I’d recommend trying their fish preparations since we’re right by the river and they actually know how to handle local catches. Breakfast covers the basics well, though don’t expect anything too elaborate. What really works here is that they understand business travelers need reliable WiFi and consistent service, but they haven’t forgotten that some guests just want to relax after dealing with Brazzaville’s traffic.

• I did not stay at the Corniche but in a different apartment in Plateau de 15 ans – Florent from Sweden – February 17, 2026 (6/10)

  Regarding the location, the two-bedroom apartment in Plateau de 15 Ans was excellent, despite the surrounding area. The living room was well equipped, and the kitchen was clean enough. Overall, it was a good apartment with properly functioning air conditioning. Jennifer, who gave us the keys, was professional.
  
  What could be improved: Based on the information posted on Booking, the apartment at the Corniche was supposed to accommodate two people. However, when I arrived, the sofa was not suitable for two guests unless they were a couple. I therefore asked if I could stay two nights in the smaller apartment and then move to a larger, more expensive one.
  
  The host was not very pleasant to communicate with. She mentioned a rule at SYN requiring a minimum stay of three nights per booking, which I was willing to accept, provided I could spend two nights in the smaller apartment and the remaining two nights in the larger apartment for two people.
  
  As it was late and I was tired, I ended up booking the larger apartment and stayed there alone for the first two nights before my friend joined me from Kinshasa.
  
  I am a frequent traveler to Brazzaville. Paying 400,000 CFA for 4 nights is not a good deal for a property in Plateau de 15 Ans. In addition, the water in one of the toilets was not working. The host later told me that a previous guest had closed the water pipe before our arrival. I have requested an invoice, but it has not been sent to me. Why?

  La tranquilité et le calme ont marqué mon séjour. La proximité avec la corniche pour faire le sport en soirée ou le week-end est l'un des aspects qui est apprecié

  C est une première de voir que l on empêche le ménage. Et surtout demander au client d attendre que celle qui doit venir faire l état des lieux arrivée pour quitter l appartement.
